2012 The Club has shelters that may be rented for birthdays,
reunions, church functions, weddings, office parties, etc. Shelters #1 ,2 & 3
are available for rental. Shelters #1, 2 & 3 are located @ the playground area.

Shelter Info We have one large shelter (#1) with a fully functioning kitchen, which includes sinks, large serving bar, stove, two refrigerators, and BBQ pits on the outside. Shelter (#2
&
3) are covered picnic shelters. Come and enjoy our beautiful club.
Shelter Reservations
Shelter reservations for the 2012 season will start on January
10th and must be made by a member of record.
Fees must be paid within 15 days of making the reservation
or your reservation will be cancelled.

RESERVATION RATES Shelter # 1 is the large shelter, and reserves for
$75.00 for Family
Parties & $100.00 for Business Events. Shelter # 2
is the medium size shelter across from temporary camping, and reserves for
$45.00. Shelter # 3 is the
small shelter by the Caretakers House, and reserves for $45.00. The shelter prices includes clean
up fees. Unless otherwise noted.
The Member renting the Shelter is responsible for their quests.
Please inform all your guests of the Club Rules, especially the speed limit.
Caution - Speed Limit = 5 MPH Did you know that the Speed Limit on Club roads is 5 miles per hour? This speed limit is strictly enforced! Our Members and their guest's safety are more important than getting to
the pool, shelters, campground, lakes, etc.
Speeding has been a problem in past years. Please remember that when you bring guest onto Club Property, it is
YOUR responsibility to see that they obey Club Rules. Members and Guest must obey the 5 MPH speed limit.
Parking Shelter #1 has one handicap parking space available and
must have a club parking pass. Contact Shelter Chairperson for shelter #1
parking pass. All others at shelter #1 and everyone at shelters #2 must unload, and take vehicles to the main parking lot.
Shelter#3 has no vehicle access.ABSOLUTELY no parking on the grass
or in Camping Areas. If you require assistance, please contact the caretaker.

Those using shelters cannot bring animals (exception for service animals) to picnics. Guest cannot bring their own 4 wheelers, motorcycles, etc. to picnics. Those using Shelters (non members) shall pay to swim or fish in season. Please contact a board member for more info.
FYI The club meeting room located in the campground is not
available for rent.
